The app
Burrow is made by TooAvid Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). The app is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "EULA"). If anything on this page conflicts with the EULA, the EULA wins for the app.
Burrow Pro
- Burrow Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly, and sold only through the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The price is shown before you buy, in your country's currency, and can differ between countries.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that period ends.
- Manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings (iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions). You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- If an offer ever includes a free trial, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own rules, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If Pro ends, everything you've recorded stays on your iPhone.
Gems
Gems are a reward inside Burrow that you earn by using it, for example by tracking time. They can't be bought, have no cash value, and can't be sold, transferred, exchanged or cashed out. You can spend them on Marko's items, streak freezes and single features. We may change how gems are earned and what they unlock, and they may be lost if you delete the app without a backup.
Your content
What you put into Burrow is yours. It's stored on your iPhone (and in your own iCloud Drive or files if you choose), so we can't recover it for you. Please keep a backup if it matters to you.
Not medical advice
Burrow helps you track time and reflect. It doesn't give medical, health or professional advice, even if you track things like workouts, meditation or mood.
This website
You may read and share helloburrow.com. Its text, images, Marko and the Burrow name and design belong to TooAvid Technologies LLC; please don't copy them for your own products. Screens shown on this site are from the app, and features may change. Apple, iPhone, Dynamic Island and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Liability and law
We work hard to make Burrow reliable, but we provide the app and this website "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where TooAvid Technologies LLC is registered, in the United States, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
