How can we help?

Sign in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. Burrow usually finds your subscription by itself. If it doesn't, open Settings › Burrow Pro and tap Restore purchases (it's also at the bottom of the Burrow Pro screen).

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions › Burrow Pro. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

Apple handles payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can't issue refunds ourselves, but write to us if something went wrong and we'll help.

Nothing is deleted. Everything you've recorded stays on your iPhone. If you had more than 3 activities, Burrow asks which 3 stay active; the others are kept and come back if you subscribe again.

Prices are set per country and currency in the App Store, so they differ between countries. Burrow and Apple's purchase sheet always show the price for your country before you pay.

No. Gems are earned by tracking time, and they can't be bought, sold or transferred. You can spend them on Marko's wardrobe, streak freezes, or unlocking a single feature.

Open Settings › Your data. Export saves your sessions, reflections and goals as JSON, or as CSV with one row per session. Daily totals saves a CSV with a row per day and activity. Backup file saves everything in one file for another iPhone, with or without your photos.

On your old iPhone, save a Backup file (Settings › Your data) and send it to your new one, or turn on iCloud Drive backup. On the new iPhone, open Burrow and choose Import (also offered on the first screen as "Moving from another phone?"), or Restore from a backup.

Turn it on in Settings › Your data. Burrow then saves a backup to your own iCloud Drive each night and keeps the last 7 nights. You need to be signed in to iCloud with iCloud Drive on. We can't see your backups.

Settings › Privacy › Share usage data. Burrow stops sending them straight away. They never include your activity names, notes, answers or photos. The privacy policy has the details.

Delete the Burrow app; your data lives only on your iPhone. If you used iCloud Drive backup, also delete Burrow's folder in iCloud Drive, in the Files app. To ask us to delete usage statistics or emails, write to support@helloburrow.com.

Nudges are learned. Burrow needs several sessions at similar times of day before it knows when you usually start. Then it nudges only if you haven't started by then. Also check:

• Notifications are allowed in iOS Settings › Notifications › Burrow.
• Smart nudges are on in Burrow's Settings › Nudges.
• It isn't during your quiet hours (10:30 pm to 7 am by default), you haven't reached the daily limit (2 by default), and a Focus mode isn't silencing Burrow.

Settings › What Burrow has learned shows what it knows so far.

Open Settings › What Burrow has learned to see and change your usual times, the daily limit and your quiet hours, or turn Smart nudges off entirely.

In iOS Settings › Burrow, make sure Live Activities is on. In Settings › Face ID & Passcode, make sure Live Activities is allowed when locked. Then start a timer again.

Home Screen: touch and hold an empty spot, tap Edit › Add Widget, and choose Burrow. Lock Screen: touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, then the widget area. The Marko widget is free; the others, including the Lock Screen ring, come with Burrow Pro.

Yes. Settings › Nudges › Hide names on Lock Screen. Nudges, the Live Activity and widgets then leave out activity names.

Yes. Add a session by hand afterwards, with its start and end time. You can also edit any session in History.

Yes. Open an activity's reflection to add, reorder or remove questions, or start from a template. You can also choose when Burrow asks: after every session, only after sessions over 5 minutes, or never.

Any iPhone with iOS 17 or later. The Live Activity also shows in the Dynamic Island on iPhones that have one.

Not yet. Burrow is for iPhone for now.
